Taiwan’s Chen to be indicted, prosecutors say

TAIPEI, Taiwan — Taiwan prosecutors say that former President Chen Shui-bian will be indicted on graft charges.

The prosecutors office said that a news conference will be held today to announce the indictment.

The 57-year-old Chen has been held in a suburban Taipei jail since Nov. 12....
