Port of Bandon sues over waterfront

BANDON — The Port of Bandon has voted to sue Pacific Seafood Group of Portland to regain control of a 1.34-acre chunk of the coastal town’s waterfront.

The port owns the property but gave a $500-a-month lease to Pacific Seafood, in effect until 2076, hoping to gain a seafood....
