Cessna Aircraft Co. on Monday issued an unspecified number of layoff notices to employees at its Bend factory that take effect in 60 days. The company previously announced it would cut 165 jobs at the plant, or roughly 34 percent of its work force, in light of a softening forecast for 2009....
