Bend man is suing city over 2006 bus accident

$1.1 million sought for lost wages, medical expenses and damages

A Bend man injured in a 2006 accident involving a Bend Area Transit bus is suing the city of Bend and the bus driver for more than $1.1 million, alleging the driver’s negligence caused the crash and left him with spinal damages that will require surgery.
