William J. Newton, Sr. "Bill" was born in Scotland, Arkansas in 1932 to parents, Barney and Dovie (Summers) Newton. He died at the age of 76 on Thursday, Nov. 20.
Bill moved to Oregon from Arkansas in 1938 and settled in La Pine in 1940. He graduated....
