Fundraising has been a success, president says

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon announced plans Thursday to reopen the Bend, Redmond, Terrebonne and Ariel clubs, all of which were closed Nov. 6 due to a funding shortfall. All four clubs will reopen Dec. 1.
