Zoo euthanizes rare Amur leopard

PORTLAND — Oregon Zoo veterinarians euthanized Fred, a rare, 17-year-old Amur leopard, who had an aggressive form of terminal cancer. Veterinarians and zookeepers were by his side when he died Tuesday.
