COCC may cap enrollment, delay programs in wake of bond failure

New health and sciences center, satellite campuses also on hold

Following the defeat of Central Oregon Community College’s bond in last week’s election, enrollment may be capped and new programs will be pushed to the weekend or put on hold, President Jim Middleton told COCC board members Wednesday.
