LA GRANDE — Levar Howard has pleaded not guilty to murder in connection with the Sept. 6 shooting death of Jed Henderson. Howard is accused of shooting Henderson in front of a La Grande restaurant.
The 18-year-old, who remains in custody, entered his plea Thursday.
