Recently, I had occasion to stop in Chemult and fill up with regular gas. Cost per gallon was $2.99. When I got to Bend, the lowest gas price I could find was $3.23. Are we being ripped off or what? Not by big oil companies, but by our local retailers and their suppliers. Chemult is about the....
