TARQUINIA, Italy — Kami Semick of Bend raced to a second-place finish Saturday in the women’s division of the International Association of Ultrarunners 100-kilometer World Cup.

Semick, 42, finished the road race through central Italy in 7 hours, 33 minutes, 58 seconds.....
