Tumalo Irrigation District is planning to remove a treasured Bend historic landmark. Located west of Bend and a half-mile downstream of Shevlin Park is a water diversion structure off of the Deschutes River. Due to minor deficiencies, TID thinks it has to remove the historic concrete diversion....
