With thousands of ballots still to be counted, Oregon voter turnout stood at 83 percent, just 3.5 percent shy of the record, as of 10 p.m. last night. Turnout had been expected to eclipse the records of 86.5 percent from 1960 in the Nixon-Kennedy presidential race. Results late Tuesday shows....
