PORTLAND — Columbia Sportswear Co. said Tuesday it is cutting 75 jobs — about 4 percent of its U.S. work force. The Portland outdoor clothing and footwear maker says orders for the spring are down about 11 percent. President and Chief Executive Tim Boyle says the decision....
