Daly's 'local rule' vote, Democratic turnout cited

UPDATE - Redmond Mayor Alan Unger unseated two-term incumbent Mike Daly from the Deschutes County Commission on Tuesday, in a win that both candidates attributed to high voter turnout among Democrats and Daly's vote for an unpopular local ordinance.
