Makes 42 small biscuits.

1/2 C dry red wine

1 C bread flour

3 TBS sugar

1 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tsp minced rosemary or thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 TBS extra-virgin olive oil
