Trail Blazer and Duck fans in Central Oregon could be left in the dark for a lot of games this season

Greg Oden will finally be on the court. Brandon Roy is healthy. And the Portland Trail Blazers might really be worth watching this season.

But whether or not Central Oregon residents will be able to watch them is another matter.
