Cascade Bancorp earnings down 94% from 2007

But 3Q results are ‘encouraging’

Bend-based Cascade Bancorp, parent company of the Bank of the Cascades, on Thursday reported net income of $574,000, or 2 cents per diluted share, in the third quarter that ended Sept. 30, up 217 percent from the second quarter but down more than 94 percent from third quarter 2007.
