2 counties see housing voucher use skyrocket

LEBANON — Around three times as many people cashed in housing assistance vouchers in two Western Oregon counties last month, said the agency that issues the vouchers.

According to the Linn-Benton Housing Authority, 81 people used the vouchers in September, up from about 25 each....
