KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Here’s a sign that fall decor is going to be a hoot: Playful-looking, retro owls are turning up on everything from jammies (www .bluefly.com) to cookie jars, sake pitchers, and salt and pepper shakers (all recently spotted at Anthropologie).
