PORTLAND — The family of an Oregon man who died after being pinned under a riding lawn mower has filed a $3.7 million lawsuit against the dealer and manufacturer.
Roger Sackman, of Wilsonville, died almost two weeks after the mower overturned in the spring of 2006.
