A national bank filed suit last week in Deschutes County Circuit Court against a Portland-based builder seeking repayment of a $15.2 million loan for a Bend subdivision that never got started because of the real estate downturn.
Buffalo, N.Y.-based M&T Bank is seeking repayment of the loan....
