BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A second-half rally was too little and too late Saturday for the Bend Rugby Roughriders.

After trailing 30-0 at halftime, the Roughriders responded with four tries in a 49-20 road loss to the Chuckanut Bay Rugby Club of Bellingham, Wash.
