KLAMATH FALLS — If Congress approves a $10 million runway improvement project at Kingsley Field, the Oregon Air National Guard may temporarily relocate its F-15 fighter jets next year.
The move is expected to begin next May or June, and would send the 173rd Fighter Wing to another base....
