Bend’s Semick wins Portland Marathon

42-year-old finishes 28th overall out of 9,200 runners

PORTLAND — Bend’s Kami Semick won the women’s division of the 2008 Portland Marathon on Sunday.

Based on race times posted Sunday night, Semick’s winning mark was 2 hours, 45 minutes and 24 seconds.
