‘Jogger rapist’ must remain in prison for 2 more years, board rules

PORTLAND — The Oregon Board of Parole decided to keep serial rapist Richard Troy Gillmore in prison for at least two more years.

The so-called “jogger rapist” has a maximum prison term that lasts until 2034, but he can seek parole every two years.
