Timber payments added to bailout bill

A four-year extension of the county timber payments program has been included in the latest version of the Wall Street bailout bill, which the U.S. Senate plans to vote on tonight.

Timber payments were included as part of a larger Senate tax bill that was added to the bailout early this morning.....
