One of the surest ways to die in the U.S. is to have an unwitnessed heart attack outside of the hospital. More than 175,000 Americans will suffer cardiac arrests this year, and 95 percent of them will die because of it. Less than 5 percent of them will be successfully resuscitated and discharged....
