City budget woes could mean layoffs, reduced hours

City officials will outline to the Bend City Council on Monday the third round of budget cuts they have had to recommend in a year.

In the past three months, revenues from building, planning and engineering fees have fallen off from projections by more than 50 percent, reducing city expectations....
