Bend subdivision builder will file for Chapter 11

Lake Oswego-based Renaissance Homes, one of Central Oregon’s largest homebuilders, will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection by the end of the week, owner Randy Sebastian said Monday.

Filing will allow Renaissance to restructure its debt, keep its properties and stay in business,....
