Early-release school days have many parents wondering

Wednesdays can offer a bit of a child care challenge for parents of students in Bend-La Pine Schools. Every Wednesday, school gets out early to provide staff development time. Meanwhile, students and parents have to find a way to fill those extra out-of-school hours.
