Gavin McMichael, owner and executive chef at The Blacksmith Restaurant in Bend, has begun consulting with Scanlon’s restaurant at the Athletic Club of Bend. McMichael owns McMichael Foods Group Inc., which consults with restaurants on marketing and operations.
