Oregon has some pretty aggressive goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, said Angus Duncan, chairman of the state’s Global Warming Commission. The state is supposed to reduce its emissions to 1990 levels by 2020, and then drop even further to 75 percent below those levels by 2050....
