Tommy Bolt, a golfer whose sweet swing helped him win the 1958 U.S. Open but whose success was overshadowed by his reputation for throwing tantrums and golf clubs like a frustrated duffer, died Saturday in Batesville, Ark. He was 92 and lived in Cherokee Village, Ark.
