Madras man dies in ATV crash

A 22-year-old Madras man was killed Friday when his ATV struck a boulder about 30 miles north of Prineville.

According to the Crook County Sheriff’s Office, Travis Tolman suffered severe head trauma and was airlifted to St. Charles Bend, where he died.
