Wind helps a blaze near Sisters jump the fire line

Winds pushed the Summit Springs Fire to the east on Tuesday, causing it to jump a fire line and putting crews on alert to protect six homes on Wilt Road about six miles northeast of Sisters, said Jeri Chase, spokeswoman with the Oregon Department of Forestry.
