Bend gas line extension will lower bills for some

Project will skip Widgi Creek on its way to Seventh Mountain Resort, PointsWest

Work is under way along the Cascade Lakes Highway to bring Cascade Natural Gas Corp. service to Seventh Mountain Resort and PointsWest, a nearby housing development under construction, but the gas will bypass the Widgi Creek housing development along the way.
