So the state is really going to train the deer to use the underpass on U.S. Highway 97 south.

We do hope the state will provide viewing stations so we locals can watch how this is accomplished. How will the state get the deer, elk, raccoons, skunks, bobcats, cougars, rabbits, chipmunks,....
