A glider crashed while trying to land at the Bend Municipal Airport just after 1 p.m. Saturday, according to a news release from the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office.
The two passengers, John Bentley, 48, who was piloting the glider, and Mitchell Parks, 13, both of Bend, walked away....
