The season’s first meeting of the Central Oregon Football Officials Association is set for Monday, Aug. 11, in Bend.

The meeting will take place at Christian Life Center, 21720 U.S. Highway 20 in east Bend.

Anyone interested in becoming a youth football official is encouraged to attend....
