La Pine-Bend bus service to start running Monday

Starting Monday, there will be a new bus service running from La Pine to Bend.

The Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council will run the service as part of its Cascades East Transit line to La Pine.

The bus service will run four times in each direction five days each week.
