Try lemon cucumbers for a change

My kids love cucumbers.

Peeled, sliced and soaked in vinegar; seeded, chopped and mixed into a salad; cut into sticks and eaten as a snack — there is no version of the cucumber my sons have refused to eat.

But it was with extra delight that they dug in this week to the slices of lemon....
