Shrimp Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette and blue cheese

2 qt mixed salad greens, torn into pieces

2 avocados, peeled and sliced

lb fresh cooked Pacific Shrimp

lb blue cheese, crumbled

Dijon Vinaigrette (recipe follows)

1 C Oregon hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
