Marijuana operation called one of region’s biggest ever

A Tumalo man charged with running one of the largest marijuana-growing operations ever found in Central Oregon also is accused of stealing a generator worth about $30,000 to power it.

Authorities arrested Nathaniel Jon Lancaster, 21, on Monday after serving a search warrant at about 12:13 a.m.....
