As more trails begin to open, don’t forget to leash dogs

Dogs are now required to be on leash on the Green Lakes, Soda Creek, South Sister Climbers, Todd Lake and Broken Top trails as well as the east half of Moraine Lake Trail through Sept. 15.

Meanwhile, trails in the Central Oregon Cascades are opening, with snow still clogging the way at higher....
