Rowan swim meet this weekend in Redmond

REDMOND — Cascade Aquatic Club is hosting its annual Jay Rowan Memorial open swim meet this weekend. Approximately 125 swimmers are expected to compete. The meet starts on Friday at 6 p.m. with the 400-meter freestyle and 200- and 400-meter individual medley events.
