TROUT LAKE, Wash. — The biggest fire to strike Washington’s South Cascades in decades continued to grow Monday, as weather forecasters warned of hazardous fire conditions for most of the east side of the state.
The Cold Springs Fire had burned about 9 square miles, or more....
