PORTLAND — Tillamook County authorities say a 14-year-old boy lost his arm in a surfing accident in Pacific City.

Sheriff Todd Anderson says the boy collided with a dory boat that was coming into shore Sunday morning.

A LifeFlight helicopter then transported him to a Portland....
