Bank files $8.7M suit against Bend builder

KeyBank says Palmer Homes has defaulted on 11 loans

KeyBank has again taken legal action against a homebuilder in Bend, this time suing Vernon Palmer Inc., the parent company of Palmer Homes, to collect roughly $8.7 million.
