Bend tops Kitsap, stays perfect at home with another late rally for a win

The Bend Elks may have forgotten how to lose.

Bend rallied from two runs down in the late innings to defeat the Kitsap BlueJackets 9-8 in a West Coast Collegiate Baseball League game at Vince Genna Stadium in Bend on Friday night.
